Working Group #4 of The Task Force for Racial Equity in Criminal Justice will hold a meeting on Tuesday August 18th, at 8:00am. Working Group #4 explores:
1. Criminal trials
2. Use and impact of fines and fees
3. Death penalty/Sentencing disparities
4. Reinstating parole/redress for long-term
sentences/Second Look Act
5. Prison discipline
6. Collateral consequences of convictions
The working group will develop recommendations to present to the Task Force.
