Gov. Cooper Signs Bill into Law

Yesterday, Gov. Cooper signed the following bill into law: 

• House Bill 92: An Act to Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to Produce an Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, a Federally Recognized Tribe, Special Registration Plate and to Provide an Exemption from Licensure for Teaching Cherokee Language and Culture Classes.
