Governor Cooper Signs Bill Into Law

Today, Governor Roy Cooper signed the following bill into law:

• Senate Bill 827: Extend Agricultural Disaster Program Deadline

“Hurricane Florence was a crippling blow to North Carolina’s farmers, costing them billions in crops, livestock and income,” Gov. Cooper said. “This legislation will give hardworking farmers more time to apply for relief that can help them begin to recover.”
