Whereas, when schools and early learning programs work closely with families to prioritize two-way partnerships, they create a welcoming place where children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn; and

Whereas, the State of North Carolina applauds the efforts of educators, community organizations, and advocates who work tirelessly to strengthen family-school connections and empower families to actively participate in their children’s education; and

Whereas, all North Carolinians are encouraged to contribute to a culture of learning at home, at school, and in the community by championing engagement, fostering curiosity, and supporting every child’s journey to success;
