Governor Roy Cooper today named 38 North Carolinians to serve on boards and commissions on behalf of the state.

Gov. Cooper appointed the following individual to the North Carolina Post-Release Supervision & Parole Commission:

To encourage middle school students to work with local employers to try out future careers, Governor Roy Cooper has declared March 19 - 28, 2018 as Students@Work℠ Week in North Carolina.

Today, Governor Roy Cooper named 8 individuals to the North Carolina State Board of Elections. The individuals are required to come from a list of names provided by the political parties with the highest number of registered affiliates (Democratic Party) and the second highest number of registered affiliates (Republican Party).
