In anticipation of gasoline shortages caused by Hurricane Harvey, Governor Roy Cooper issued executive orders today that will help maintain gasoline supplies for North Carolina.

Today, Governor Roy Cooper announced that the State is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murders of James and Janice Harris and James and Peqqy Jo Whitley.
