The Commission will be holding a Public Forum on February 28, 2023 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Asheville Are Chamber, 2nd Floor Boardroom at 36 Montford Ave., Asheville, 28801. Parking will be available in the lot off of Montford Ave.
Members of the Commission will be present at the Forum but full Commission membership will not be at the event. Individuals interested in attending the Forum and speaking should contact Minda Watkins at minda.watkins@nc.gov at least two days prior to the Forum. Not all individuals are guaranteed an opportunity to speak, and priority will be given to those that sign up by the deadline. Each speaker will be given 2-3 minutes and speakers are encouraged to bring questions or comments in written form so commissioners have the opportunity to review all comments.
