This week, Governor Josh Stein led a 51-person delegation to the Southeast United States (SEUS)/Japan Annual Joint Meeting in Tokyo, Japan, reaffirming North Carolina’s strong partnership with Japan and furthering the work to recruit more good-paying jobs to the state. Today, Governor Roy Cooper announced SBA Home, a furniture manufacturer, will create 250 jobs in Davie County. The newly created company says it will invest more than $70 million to establish its first North American furniture production facility in the Town of Mocksville.
