Today, Governor Josh Stein announced the following judicial appointment:Tron Ross to the District Court for Judicial District 29, serving Hoke and Moore Counties. Ross is filling the vacancy created after the Hon. Warren McSweeney was elected to the Superior Court.

He also expressed his appreciation that First Lady Anna Stein, who has prioritized reentry as one of her key issues, will serve on the Joint Reentry Council.
